At The Fleece Company, we want you to be completely cozy with your purchase. If your luxury throws or bedding don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the fleece items and place them in their original packaging, ensuring all product tags and decorative ribbons remain attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
